Put your back foot towards the back of the board
it s really easy just pop shove and flip at the same time
It's more of a kick flip than shuv it, just your flick more towards the nose.
It helps me to have the back foot a little overhanging and the front foot a liitle steeper and a little bit more back than with the kickflip.
When you flip back your flip-foot late, because If you back earlier you can start to do Casper flip
Try to land it witj your front foot then just go for it
Way more flick then scoop, when you learn tre flips it’s gonna be the exact opposite
