How do it
An old air trick that's never going out of style.
1.
Start off learning the benihana on a flat surface. Try to execute an ollie and grab the tail. Snap the board, immediately take away your back leg and bring the board upward and forward. This will make it easier to grab on to the tail.
2.
Now lets figure out what a real benihana looks like. This trick looks hella cool if you really pull up the board with your front leg. Ideally it should look like your foot it lying on the board. Your flexibility will also be a factor here.
3.
Now try performing it on a funbox, or even just jumping onto a table. Your air is crucial here. The more in control you are in the air and the freer you feel — the better your benihana will be.
