You are standing in switch. Your back foot is on the inner side of the tail at a 45 degree angle, heel completely hanging. Your front foot is near the bolts, closer to the center, toe hanging.

Snap a switch frontside pop shove‑it, at the same time kicking the board with your back leg, as if for an inward heelflip.

The board does a heelflip and 180. When the board completes a heelflip, which will usually coincide with the shove-it — catch it and land. Ride away in switch.
