Combination of a FS 180 and Heelflip, performed in switch. Your frame and board rotate 180° with your face turned to the direction of motion, while the board also does a Heelflip.
How do it
This trick is a combination of a frontside 180 and heelflip, performed in switch. Your frame and board rotate 180 degrees, with your back to the direction of motion, while the board also does a heelflip.
1.
You are standing in switch. Your back foot is on the tail at a 45 degree angle. Your toe is on the tip, your heel hangs over the board. Your front foot is positioned for a heelflip, toe hanging slightly.
2.
Spin shoulders in the direction opposite the direction of rotation. Snap, spin and position your front leg for a heelflip, kicking the board with your heel.
3.
Once the board completes the heelflip — catch it, complete the 180 and land. Ride off in regular stance.
