Your front foot is on the nose, heel hanging. Your rear foot is near the bolts, closer to the center, as in a nollie kickflip, with your toe on the board at a 45 degree angle.

Wind up your shoulders, it will help with the rotation, snap, lead out your toe into a kickflip and spin backside.

The board does a kickflip and 180 rotation. Once the board completes the kickflip — catch it, complete the 180 and land.
