I always land it with my front foot, but my back foot and my whole body stops at 90, I can't turn my whole body 180, can anyone help?

If I do the 360 pop shuvit my board flips like a kick flip how do ficks that?

I keep doing bs 180 because the board won't do the 360 spin. how do you get the board to leave your feet when your trying to make it happen?

I can do the full trick and land but the board either stops, or makes me go regular again how can I land so I keep rolling fakie?
