If you cant rotate Try to make a fast, little 45 degrees turn before jumping then just spin with your body and take your scooter with you. If you still can't spin Try to do it on a trampoline. First without your scooter, then with it. I hope i was helpful.

You must look to the side you want to rotate, after that you must jump and turn your body in to the direction you look to. Land fakie & than do the same fakie to get normal.

just when you jump you spin and then tuck in and you will be rolling back words and you can turn around or bunny hop around

Just take you bars out hold them out like your on a scooter then try do a 180.

Bunny hop as high as you can while going slow and as soon as your in the air pull your handlebars around as hard as you can while swingings your legs around with the deck.

all you need to do to rotate is look over your shoulder, jump as high as u can, and then try to even out your body with the direction your looking by turning slightly to the way you'll be spinning. Then jump.
