Every time i try and 360 i land as a 180 or a 270 should i be turning my wheel more or hoping higher, someone help?

Carve into it, that's what I did for 720s

1. carve into spin 2. turn head 3. use legs to whip back around if landing at an angle (sideways) then you need to lean in opposite direction while in the spin

Try Spoting the landing with you head as in looking for the 360 spot

Most of the spin is gonna come from your lower body(meaning your hips) twist your hips and have your torso follow up with your over the shoulder your spinning. Hop high and have patience. You'll get it!
