A balance with only one foot on the deck and the other swinging on the side.
How do it
Called a hang 5 because you hang five digits (your toes) off your scooter while balancing on your front wheel.
1.
Start off rolling slowly, one foot on your scooter.
2.
Push yourself up onto your front wheel with your pushing foot.
3.
Keep stiff bent arms and a bent leg, and learn to balance with your hanging foot, this comes naturally with practice.
4.
If you’re too far backwards, move your balancing foot forwards to correct it, and vice versa.
5.
Balance, then drop your back wheel and roll away.
