How do it
The Kash Vault is a combination of the Kong and the Dash vault, and that is the reason of its name. It is used to overtake relatively long obstacle. It also looks stylish and smooth if used on rails to keep the flow going.
1.
Run forward towards an obstacle.
2.
Perform a normal Kong Vault.
3.
While in mid‑air, tuck in your legs bringing your knees towards your your chest.
4.
Extend your legs forward to overtake the obstacle.
5.
Place your hands, behind your back, at the end of the obstacle, as during a Dash vault.
6.
Land possibly with split legs and be ready to continue your route.
