A vault similar to a regular Kong which is used to get over two obstacles or one long obstacle. A Kong Vault into a dive to a consecutive Kong.
How do it
A double kong is a type of vault. It is similar to a regular kong, but is used to get over two obstacles or one long obstacle.
1.
Run forward towards an obstacle.
2.
Perform a normal kong vault.
3.
Now, while in mid‑air, keep an horizontal position, push off with your arms and aim for the next touching point for your hands. Your body is fully extended here.
4.
Touch the obstacle with your hands for the second time and begin to bring your knees to your chest.
5.
With your knees close to your chest, push off the obstacle to get more forward momentum.
6.
Release your hands from the obstacle.
7.
Extend your legs out and prepare for landing.
