The Dive Kong is a progression of the Kong Vault. It is useful to cover long distances between two separate obstacles or over a bigger obstacle and it usually requires a bigger amount of speed.
1.
Run forward towards the obstacle.
2.
Take off with split legs.
3.
Swing your arms forward in a semi‑circle motion.
4.
Dive over the obstacle, aiming to the opposite end of it.
5.
Lift your hips in the air, slightly above your head or at head level.
6.
Keep your arms straight and your hands in front of you the whole time.
7.
Put down your hands on the opposite edge of the obstacle.
8.
Tuck your legs in and let them through your arms.
9.
Extend your legs and be ready for the landing, possibly with split legs.
