Use whatever shoes are available to you. Freerunning brands such as Team Farang, Storror, and Ollo all have their own shoes with "better parkour capabilities" or whatever but you just want to find something comfortable, that fits, and has an an okay amount of grip in the sole. If you have to much grip(Ollo) the shoe is literally sticky and will end up just picking up dust. This being said, wipe the bottom of the sole off and you’re good to go.

Any shoes that have good grip and and are flexible with good comfort.
Ones with good grip on the bottom
Don't wear shoes, but you have to wear something loose
I wear a pair of Nike tennis shoes, I think they mostly its just whatever's most comfortable
The best are tabi shoes but if those are hard to get any running shoe will do. I use new balance shoes.
Vans and converse
Some good shoes are Nike free run 3.o or air max trainer freeruns
Personally I use hiking shoes
Any shoes that grip really good and give your feet freedom
I wear Adidas
another, not adidas
Nike sb
Nike freerun are expensive and not very durable I prefer puma running shoes in general or Adidas essentials because they are cheap and last for a good year (cheap means 45$)
Ollos
Adidas Wrestling shoes are the best. For parkour and trampoline
All these brands and here's the explination why. To find the best kind of shoe for parkour, make sure they are light, fit snug for least amount of movement, and make sure the bottom of the shoe is one solid piece. Shoes that aren't one solid piece tend to tear away after awhile. If you can't find a decent pair of shoes for parkour, you can always go bare foot. ;)
Ko Parkour shoe v2 are designed for Parkour and slip resistant really good also ASICS tigers are really good but I recommend ko
Nikes
Nike is the best
Skate shoes are good I use Nike court royal you don’t want shoes with really bumpy soles
Grip
Something with flat sole, rubber grip, and not loose. The padding amount is preference but it’s best to start with little and you learn the techniques
