When you are doing a wall run how do you stop yourself from falling???

Unfortunately, Gravity is always on, so unless you make it to the top of the wall, you'll always fall.
To fall safely, push yourself away from the wall, staying up right so you can land on your feet.

Use any padding available, and commit to it. Also, you could use your downward momentum when dropping, and roll back like the normal roll. This will change your momentum to forward motion, instead of down onto your legs.

You will have to make sure the feet that steps on the wall is higher than your hips and reach both arms up while looking up to the edge. Work on finding a comfortable distance between your take off and putting your feet on the wall for the push up. Always remember to work on grip strength and upper body strength before. It helps to just practice a smoother wall run when grabbing on a ledge. I hope I get the right kind wall run problem in my head. Cheers!

You have to gain more speed and not to jump too close or too far from the wall will improve your wall run focus on speed

You should start with a 3 step wall run. The reason you are falling is because you are not aligned when you land. Make sure when you are on the third step, stick you right foot out to land on
Doing a safety roll
Lean in to the wall and jump on the wall rather than running on it!

Run with sufficient speed medium pace and place your foot about 45 degree on the wall. Too high u may push urself away from the wall too low ur leg might slip. With practice u will be able to reach higher for ur wall run. 😀
Make sure you warm up and are game. Spot your wall. Have your eye on its lip at the top. Prepare, then try to run INTO the wall. You are shooting for height and remember, you're going up and over, so don't think about holding back. Aim your stomping foot at hip height; strike, push and reach towards the top of the wall. Just grab it if nothing else. Aim to pull yourself up and over. Later you can work on a smooth pop over the wall. But get the momentum down. Happy training!
You can't really avoid falling unless you commit to it start with a wall a little taller than u and move to higher walls as u progress It won't hurt when u fall trust me
Try and get to the wall with more momentum, also don't go into the wall run when you're too close, that means you'll get better momentum going toward the wall and you'll not slip or fall in any way.
When you think your falling you better jump off the wall.

you have to make sure when you're falling to lean forward, and don't be scared to fall. It'll make things way easier.
You can't prevent gravity, make sure to put your foot at about a 90degree angle to prevent from slipping and falling.
Push upward with your feet
Keep running and leave an arm out to balance your self
Try and keep your feet as flat to the wall as possible to get more grip and keep you up for longer
