When doing a wall run how would you get on the roof of something if the roof sticks out farther?

You sort of have to push yourself off the wall and just overcome your fear

U do the junp you do the catlimp (btw work out) and pull ur self up yeah i know how it is i was there๐ฅ
Take a second step (it helps to push you away from the wall) ๐
Try to take a second step and with that second step, kick backwards to the overhang
If you're talking about an overhang, it should be somewhat easier, because you can push yourself up and out with a second step more easily. A lot of wall run success in general is about being able to switch your grip from a crimp to palms on top. Food for thought.
