I'm really scared of doing this vault, are there any tips on how to overcome fear?

You can try to put both your hands on the obstacle and then swing you legs around your arms. This will get you used to the feeling then, just go for it and commit. I can guarantee that you'll get it.

Just picture your self successful and don't think about anything just clear your mind and do the jump
do a side vault over the obstacle then start moving your legs closer and closer to the Centre
Try doing a kong motion but on top of the obstacle them when u feel confident actually pull your legs through
Just do it and don't think when you think you are probably thinking about how you fall or get hurt bud if you just try it you can always stop when you think you're gonna fall bud put pillows or another soft think next to the opstical I hope this helps you
Hit the obstacle the same as u would do an actual one but land on top don't go over
Progressions. Watch a YouTube video.
Do it over and over again, slow progress from monkey to kong to dive. And also go from shorter objects to larger, when I first started out i always turned my legs to the side and just practiced pulling my feet onto the obstacle. I practiced getting over a park bench for almost 5 days and finally got it a couple days ago
You can practice on a lower wall and getting used to bringing your knees up to a safe height. Use the bunny hop technique so you can get into the motion. You can also practice the bunny hops on a flat surface
