Honest just clean hop an object that's about waist high. After doing that like three times, then just jump over it again but tap your hands on the object. You'll understand the motion after that. And then you just do them.

The proof in the pudding is the science. the amygdala is the fear center of the brain; basically, it judges things by whether they're similar or not. If it is, muscle and brain will relax, if not, the brain says "STOP" and it shuts the show down. By doing things that're slightly similar to things you've done before, you train the amygdala to recognize what you're doing, thus assuaging you of your fear.

Okay there's a few progressions to this vault, find a waist high or wtv nights your comfortable with, and make sure it's not to thick or to thin, start with just running and jumping over it, preferable scissor kick jump or whatever you can do to get your feet forward, after jumping a few times, try jumping over it and put your hands behind you and try to touch the object your jumping and keep trying until you can get it but you might hit your butt once or twice but it's not that bad. Find a spot, rehearse the motions at a slow pace, and then do it. Just do it. Once you land it a few times, it becomes second nature.
I too was very afraid to attempt this but I found a ledge that was a comfortable jumping height about waist height or higher that was separating concrete and grass so I would practice just what to do incase my feet did catch a just so I would be prepared and after I got comfortable on the ledge I juts went for it and it became vsecond nature ANSI never had to bail
At first i tried to do this element on little obstacle. When you above this obstacle place your hands under you, hold barrier and push off. Also at first you can do KASH VOLT it is more safety to prepair to DASH VOLT.Thanks.
Training this in gym.
You could try to find a gymnastics or parkour gym and use a foam vault block. Also you want to think about jumping to the obstacle and sitting on top of it.
Do you speack rasshen??
find a place where the least make sure this falling a couple of times and then do
The way I coach it is to do a "stall" vault; basically, you approach it as if you were to commit to the vault, but instead of clearing it, you place one foot on the obstacle, and then kick it out in front over you, placing hands down as you go over the obstacle. This is better than just clearing it, because you'll begin to develop the muscle memory for the vault, and it will make you more comfortable. Hope that helps.
Get friends to make you hyper listen to good motivating music and just do it .. it aint that hard in the end.
Do lazy vaults first and slowly work your way up to doing it without starting with your hand on. You could so try just jumping straight over it so you know you can get over it.
u want to build up ur agility in Kong vaults speed vaults and thief vaults this will give u more confidence when performing the dash vault start in a gym or where there is grass in case you have to safety roll and start with something lower than ur waist and try jumping over it then once ur comfortable do the same jump over the waist high object and then simply touch one hand to start with once u get the technique down u can place both hands and it will become super easy u can YouTube it as well
Win your own
Learn hurdles first
Do it on something soft
make sure it's something you are comfortable jumping over
practice jumping over the obstacle act first that you can jump over and then try planting your hands and then progress to something bigger and longer
try jumping over a wall and then tap your hands on the wall then go for the dash
If u can. Go to a Gym and try it on a soft block that way if u screw up u hit something small
yes. Well kind of: You kneed to try on small walls. And slowly proceed to taller ones. It worked so well for me. But.. it takes a few months (3-4 months) Hope tgis helped :D
Just do it man. I know you can do it like me 😉
Be confident in your jumping Height and ability
I was scared to attempting this vault. Just believe in yourself and have confidence. You'll do great
Do pick a Object that is High as your hips and praftice first on just jumping over the object 5 times........after that practice the kicking part
Act like you are about to jump over the object, and throw yourself up, my guess is that you will probably clear it and all you will have to do is put your hands down at the end.
All what you need to do to over come fear is to take a deep breath and run straight toward the vault doing the dash in your say i can do it and here im doing it and get your leg high enough to pass the vault
Try lining the surface with Nate first
I think to overcome a fear is not to think about it and do it till your fear is gone

If you have a gymnastics centre near you, go there and try to find a block about waist high and also practice on a spring floor so you don't hurt yourself as much if you get caught, then once you can do it on the soft block, go practice on other things like rails and small walls
Try jumping on the object from standing. Then run and jump over it. Then apply hands for effect
Try the Obstacle Vault First. This will increase your confidence. Then slowly incorporate your hands in the process.
Try it on low walls and get the technique, if you are scared but a mat or do it on the grass. After its normal to be scared I get scared when I start learning new tricks but when u get it, it'l be cool 👍
