How can i get more power out of the kong vault. For example for kong precis?

Make sure you take off split-foot and dip properly before making contact with the obstacle. This means lowering your COG and pushing off in an incline direction. During the vault look up and not down. Good luck bro!

I think, you should change your hand position and everything'll be OK
Take off split foot and push yours arms forward for more distance
For me I had that problem what I did was dive into the Kong and pushed with my hands and it gave me distance.
Kick your legs up vertically so you're almost doing a handstand and flick your forearm and wrists up more powerfully
Split foot and really throw that back leg up
1: sprint/run faster
2: take off split foot
3: wipe your back leg really hard to get extra height and distance
The faster you run, the more distance you'll get.
Hi Mark. Thanks for your question. To get more distance use also your arms to really pull and push you off the obstacle.
It largely depends on what you plan on doing after the kong; a Kong pre for instance warrants a take off closer to the first obstacle, where as a dive Kong requires you to take off further away, leaving double Kong somewhere in the middle. Split foot gather step or even a running stride take off will improve distance, and a strong arm swing leading in will help. Also, be sure dip your chest down before pulling through; this loads the spring so that you have more power as you pull through.
once your in the air you then place your hands out and SHOVE THE WALL BEHIND YOU and proceed to do the rest of it regularly
Run faster, dive to the vault, push harder with your hands, it pretty much depends what kind of move you are doing
Pull with your arms as you're jumping and try to run as fast as you can before you get into the vault
Try to tun faster and jump off your toes
In your final steps lower your chest to wall height so you can push harder with your legs.
