On our lessons you will know correct ways of jumping, landing, swinging, rolling, climbing and descending. I will also teach you to perform different kinds of flips, twists and kicks. You will also get some knowledge on parkour mentality.

I am an ADAPT certified parkour and freerunning instructor. I have been coaching for 2 years already and helped lots of students to discover parkour. I train in Pinnacle Parkour Academy in Princeton.
