Depending on your skill, with me you can learn basics and difficult stuff such as flips and weird special moves. I'm very focused on making eveything able to go in a flow and great at teaching.

I have been coaching traceurs around 4 years professionaly and during this time I have trained a few hundred of students. I also have YMCA's "Emma" certification, Southern Sweden.
