How do it
Underbar is a parkour movement that can be performed standing or running and it consists in swinging one's body usually between two horizontal bars. It can be performed throwing your feet first and grabbing the bar after, or going for the bar first with your hands and then let your legs through. We will cover the second technique.
1.
Starting from standing, face the bars and jump towards them putting your hands in front of you.
2.
Grab the higher bar first with your hands, bring the chest close to the bar and tuck in your knees letting your legs between the two bars.
3.
Pull though with your arms and extend your body fully, arching a little.
4.
Land two feet or continue your route.
