Step off a wall to get more height for a move further forward.
How do it
A Tic Tac is a parkour movement consisting in pushing off of a wall with your foot towards an angled or opposite direction.
1.
Run diagonally towards a wall or an obstacle.
2.
When you are at the right distance, take off with the leg further from the obstacle and place the opposite foot on the side of the wall.
3.
Now bring your chest close to the wall too and push away from it, aiming forward and upward.
4.
Turn your body towards the direction you want to go to.
5.
Land or link this move with other techniques.
