How do it
Precision jumps allow you to land on small areas, like a wall ledge or a rail. Precision jumps require concentration, balance, and an awareness of your limitations.
1.
Start with feet together on the edge of your take off point.
2.
As you prepare to jump, bend your legs and swing your arms behind you.
3.
Lean forward, push off the obstacle using the balls of your feet and swing your arms forward and upwards.
4.
Bring your knees forward and extend your legs, preparing for the landing.
5.
Land softly on the balls of your feet, with feet together.
