How do it
A running precision jump uses the same techique of the standing precision jump, but the athlete takes of with one leg only, after a run up.
1.
Run towards the take off point.
2.
When reached the take off point, jump with one leg, using the ball of your foot.
3.
Swing your arms forward and upwards, also bringing your chest up. This will give to your body extra lift.
4.
Extend your take off opposite leg and match in mid air with the take off leg too.
5.
Land quietly on the balls of your feet, with feet together.
