Tailwhip

229 riders can do it
A 360° rotation of a frame around the front end of your bike.
How do it
To start with, try spinning the frame while on the ground. You need to learn to spin the whip in front of you at all times, bringing the bike back up to your waist only when you've finished. That's about it. Don't enter with a bunny hop and wear ankle guards!
1.
Extend your arms and push the bars down. Swing your front foot back so that you can kick the bike out with your back foot.
2.
Your arms are moving the frame to the side, but not behind you. Your back leg continues with the pushing motion, while your front leg is drawn up to your backside.
3.
Move the handlebar sidewise. Kick the rear end of the frame. Bend you front foot. Move the handlebars back. Start extending your front foot and bending the back one.
4.
Finish swinging your arms in the circular motion and pull the bars and the frame towards your waist. Plant your front foot back on the pedal first. Then the back foot.
