A stand on the front wheel with front foot on the top of it.
How do it
The do a footjam you'll have to jam your foot between the fork and tire and balances with the rear tire lifted from the ground. Practice somewhere on a flat surface, e.g. parking lot. Do not rush and do everything smoothly.
1.
Ride at a low speed. Put the cranks parallel to the ground and switch your weight backwards.
2.
Quickly lean forward and jam you front foot in the front wheel while bending the knees.
3.
Hold the cranks vertically with your foot. Put your front foot back on the pedal before you lost your balance.
