Turning the cranks backwards 360° while in the air.
How do it
Kick the pedals backwards so the crank arms make a 360° spin and then place your feet back on pedals to stop the cranks. Practice anywhere on a flat surface and use the shinguards. Lower the tension of the chain if needed.
1.
Ride at low speed with the cranks parallel to the ground. Push off the pedals and jump.
2.
Jump and pull the pedal with your front foot toe to spin the cranks.
