A basic jump when you first lift the front wheel then the rear wheel and land on both at one time.
How do it
Before learning bunny hop itself practice to lift your front wheel — position the cranks parallel to the ground, bend your knees, put your weight over the rear wheel and pull the handlebars. And then the real wheel — lean forward, bend your knees, point your toes slightly towards the ground and use your feet to pull the pedals up.
1.
Lean to the bike.
2.
Lift the front wheel, bend your knees, keep your arms straight.
3.
Jump and pull the handlebars up.
4.
Move your hands forward and bend your knees.
5.
Level your bike in the air to land with your rear wheel first.
