When you feel slightly comfortable riding on one foot you can put the other one on the ground and the friction slows you down.

You should press the floor until you notice there's enough pressure to slow down, but not strong enough to make you lose control or balance.

When foot breaking bend at the knees slightly and then take ur back foot off slowly and either drag the whole foot or just your toe and stay bent at ur front knee.

The foot break is performed by puting your foot in a normal speed in the ground, all the technike is by putting your abdomen strong in order to keep youre balance

I guess you are right. Slowly more and more pressure
Drag your foot along the ground
Pussy
U should just practice keeping that balance by staying in place on your longboard and lightly touching the floor with your braking foot then when you are ready gain some speed slowly put u foot down to get the feel of it. Always remember to slowly put pressure on your foot otherwise you could easily lose balance
Yeah. Slowly add more pressure to your brake until you stop. Just get used to it👍
You can try slowly drag your toes or feet while your ankle sticking to the board. Basically the drag helps to stop your board. When your confident enough you can do as the tips stated.
You should to relax, put your foot into the ground slowley and reduce the speed.;)
yeah, keep going a little bit lower each time.
Im a newer rider, what I’ve noticed about foot breaking is first get yourself comfortable with being able just to have your front foot on the board alone while you have your back leg by the side of the board over the ground. And instead of starting with the front of your foot, slowly apply pressure on the ground with your heel so you don’t fly off like i have. And once you’re comfortable with that you can start to apply more pressure and can soon bring yourself to a complete stop
The best tip is to put almost all your weight on your front foot and the more you're comfortable the more weight you put on you're breaking foot
