STANCE problem. I push goofy (balancing on my right leg feels MUCH better) but I pump regular (I absolutely cannot pump goofy). what to do?

Keep pumping as you like. It's a matter of style, no right or wrong. It's skate! Do as you like!

Unlike the others, I don't recommend you pushing mongo because of style community forces us to have.. power trough and do not give up, you'll get it. Remember everything takes time but makin' it rewards you with the best feeling ever.

Practice. Just tell yourself you will push or pump a certain way during a certain time or walk.

Try sex changes, they are stylish and not so difficult. This problem can be your way to be the best! Trying changing and popping also like a goofy will make you very good at longboarding

I suggest to practice Everything...means your comfortable stance with normal AND goofy push, AND switch stance with normal AND goofy push. Focus most in what YOU dont like.
I face the same Problem but making Great steps...a Friend told me to do so, he had the same Problem earlier but now he is the best at switch skating and switch or fakie Tricks of the Crew.
It is a hard start, but later on you will be much more confident on your Board than others who only learned to stand and push one way

Definently try to push mongo👍🏻
TRy to practice pushing mongo ad regular but practice the one that feels the best ( mongo makes everything harder
Just try and learn to pump goofy.
So you pump and balance on the same foot? Well there’s only one thing you can do. Riding at first doesn’t feel natural. But find a way that feels more normal. And keep practicing and it won’t feel as weird. Find if goofy or normal fits more and then keep practicing. You’ll be good with practice.
