I have the Coleman 180 down but how do I go from that to a pendy for just a speed check not a complete stop?

With the 180 you turn your body till your all the way around right? So once you start the slide it'll only be a spit second till you need to rotate back the way you came, that's how you get the board out of a slide.

I have the same problem but when I do it good, make sure your looking where you want to go. Cause wherever your looking that's where your shoulders turn and that makes your hips and feet all turn 👍

When I learned my pendy I worked on holding my slide out for a while and then I worked on letting my board slide back and forth once you are able to do that a good pendy will be very easy to do
You need more speed and use your your arms and shoulders to get back down the hill.
Try turning your body in the direction you want to go, and turn back to your original position when u dont want to slide any longer
