I don't feel I have the strength to hold the squat at all. Is there an exercise I can do that will help?

Hold onto your kitchen side and squat with one leg off the ground, use the side for support only (not to pull and push yourself) do 12 then repeat on the other leg. Do 12 on each leg 3 times, I would do this once to twice a day. Hope this helped :)

Well you will need that strength as the squat will be very important when learning other tricks. The key is just to practice. The muscle will build up as you do

Wall squats

Any leg exercise will help. Squats (with or without weight) while off board can make a big difference.

Contribute more weight on front foot and lean a little bit forward till u feel the muscles from front leg
Yes, you can try to first balance on one foot, that’s what helped me
Stand on one leg try holding 5poumd weights and do one legged squats
practice long time
I found that balancing on the board with one leg to be helpful, but if that doesn’t increase your strength, I suggest pistol squats or prisoner squats
Just commit each time and don’t be afraid.
i didn’t think so either! but i can
U don’t have to squat for to long. But to get stronger u can practise squats on the ground. That will get ur legs stronger
Try doing the one legged squat without a board to gain some strength and to get used to the position
Regular squats and lunges helped me
Ya just do some normal squats
