Try it stationary at first

Find that comfortable speed that you will be able to balance on your wheels:)

As much speed as you feel comfortable with, the faster you go the easier it is but as long as you practice a lot and get a feel for how you have to balance yourself, you'll eventually get to the point where you can do it fast or slow, just keep trying!!!

It works just about as well stationary as at speeds. Just way more safe
