Rider jumps off the board, spins it with hand to 360° in front of him and jumps back on the board.
How do it
A classic longboard freestyle trick. Easier to execute on longer boards.
1.
Back foot is on the tail, front foot is in the middle and at a slight angle.
2.
Move your front leg to the side, slightly turning your body to frontside, while your back leg performs a snap. This way your board will fly up already rotating behind your back.
3.
Catch the board under the trucks with your front hand, placing your thumb on the grip tape and the rest of your fingers on the underside.
4.
Begin spinning the board with your whole hand, and complete it by bringing it underneath you with a wrist motion.
5.
Jump onto the board right when it lands on the ground.
