You are riding forwards on two wheels of a front truck, while balancing on the deck on one foot.
How do it
Riding on both front truck wheels, balancing with one leg on the board.
1.
Place your front foot on the nose, with the center of your sole on the bolts. Take your back foot off the board, it should be hanging in the air next to your front foot.
2.
Gently push down onto the nose, lifting the rear wheel into the air.
3.
Keep your weight and attention on the center of your sole. You should feel as if you're standing right on the front truck itself, this position will give you the maximum amount of control.
4.
Your back leg helps you balance: when your body starts leaning forward, it goes back, and vice versa.
