A backside 180° turn on the front wheels.
How do it
A backside 180 turn on the front wheels.
1.
Front foot is on the nose, back foot in the center or slightly further down.
2.
Begin to turn your frame, with your head facing the direction of the turn — this will help execute the movement.
3.
Slightly shift your weight to your front foot, raising your rear wheels off the ground. Use your legs to assist the turning motion.
4.
At the end of the movement, shift some weight over to your new leading leg.
