How do it
The easiest flip you can do. Performed via your back leg, while your front leg stands on the ground.
1.
Legs at shoulder width, in the middle of the board and between the bolts.
2.
Jump off your board and onto your front leg. Your back leg is slightly bent and is up in the air. Your jump should be directed slightly forward, so that your back leg ends up in the middle of the board.
3.
Drag the board with the toe of your back leg, bending your hip and knee to 90 degrees (or slightly less), at the same time jumping off the board and allowing it to complete it’s flip. Catch it with your legs and land.
