An S-bend with rewind frontside 180.
How do it
It's S bend with rewind FS 180. Remember to pull your front hand more during rotation. You can release front hand to make it easier to land toeside, but keep your kite low.
1.
Unhook. Focus on holding your back straight. Kite at 45 degrees.
2.
Time between unhooking and pop should be as short as possible.
3.
Bend your back leg to pop more properly.
4.
Take off, let the kite pull your upper body forward and throw board behind you.
5.
On the same time bend your front leg a little, look back in between your arms and start rotation.
6.
Spot your landing. Pull the bar down towards back hip, turn board 180 and bring it down beneath you.
7.
On the landing bend your knees to absorb the impact.
8.
Point nose of the board downwind and hook in, or turn to the heelside edge first.
