A Frontflip with a frontside handle-pass 360 in the air.
How do it
It's a front flip FS 360 with handle pass in the air. Don’t wait to do a full frontflip, you have to pretty much dive down to do handlepass, as your board is coming up.
1.
Unhook, focus on holding your back straight. Kite at 45 degrees. Time between unhooking and pop should be as short as possible.
2.
Bend your back leg to pop more properly.
3.
Take off is the key moment. During the pop bend your front knee and straighten your back knee.
4.
Hold your body straight, until only the tail of the board is still in the water. After that initiate the front rotation, by throwing your head and shoulder toward the nose of the board. It's important to have a bit of delay before starting the rotation to have a high jump.
5.
To have a better momentum to do the handle pass. Pull kite with front hand to bring it lower. Bring your board up turn like a screw and straighten legs to the sky during the handle pass.
6.
Board will naturally come down. Spot your landing.
7.
On the landing bend your knees to absorb the impact. Point nose of the board downwind and hook in.
