An S-bend with an extra backside 180.
How do it
It’s an S bend with extra BS 180. You can place your front hand in the middle of the bar, so that depower line goes inbetween index and middle fingers.
1.
Unhook. Focus on holding your back straight. Kite at 45 degrees.
2.
Time between unhooking and pop should be as short as possible.
3.
Bend your back leg to pop more properly.
4.
Take off, let the kite pull your upper body forward and throw board behind you.
5.
On the same time bend your front leg a little, look back in between your arms and start rotation.
6.
When you finished 360, keep on rotating. Keep your body compact, push your back leg forward.
7.
Pull bar towards front hip, release back hand. Don’t bend over too much, look at the horizon.
8.
On the landing bend your knees to absorb the impact. Try to keep hand with bar close to your hip. Do the suface pass and ride away.
