A Frontflip with frontside 360 and landing to wrapped.
How do it
It's a frontflip FS 360 with landing to wrapped. It can be a good exersise before trying the slim chance, to learn the movement.
1.
Unhook, Focus on holding your back straight. Kite at 45 degrees. Time between unhooking and pop should be as short as possible.

Bend your back leg to pop more properly.

Take off is the key moment. During the pop bend your front knee and straighten your back knee.

Hold your body straight, until only the tail of the board is still in the water. After that initiate the front rotation, by throwing your head and shoulder toward the nose of the board. It's important to have a bit of delay before starting the rotation to have a high jump.

To have a proper front flip and help rotation bring board over your head, knees slightly bent. Keep arms close to your body.

After the apex of the jump, when board start to come down. Stop rotation. Pull bar toward back hip.

Make an impulse on the bar to bring kite lower. Release the front hand. Push through your front leg making FS 360, as your board coming down.

On the landing bend your knees to absorb the impact. Try to keep hand with bar close to your hip. Don’t bend over too much, look at the horizon. Do the surface pass and ride away
