A Backroll with a backside 180, landing with your back facing the kite.
How do it
It’s a backroll with BS 180. You can put your front hand in the middle of the bar, so that depower line goes inbetween index and middle fingers. This trick can be done unhooked or hooked in.
1.
Unhook, focus on holding your back straight. Time between unhooking and pop should be as short as possible. Kite at 45 degrees.
2.
Bend your back leg to pop more properly.
3.
Take off, look over your front shoulder to start the rotation.
4.
Keep your body compact to accelerate the rotation and have control.
5.
Spot the landing. Now look over your back shoulder to revert rotation.
6.
Pull bar towards front hip, release back hand. Push your back leg forward Don’t bend over too much, look at the horizon.
7.
On the landing bend your knees to absorb the impact. Try to keep hand with bar close to your hip. Do the surface pass and ride away.
