A turn, performed from the heelside to the toeside.
How do it
This jibe is the hardest turn, the trick is too keep tension in the lines after carving to toeside.
1.
Ride at medium speed. Kite at 1/11 o'clock.
2.
Start to turn slightly downwind, still going heelside.
3.
Start to move the kite up slowly.
4.
It's important to follow the kite with the board!
5.
Transfer your weight over the board and to the toeside edge to initiate the carve.
6.
Continue to move the kite to the opposite side and keep on carving.
7.
Remember to keep tension in the line, so continue to carve until you go across wind with the new tack in toeside. Put the kite down at 2/10 o'clock.
