Remove one leg from the footstrap, put it sideway in the air and then put it back in.
How do it
It doesn't make much difference to hold the grab or to do one foot. Make footstraps a bit loose before trying it.
1.
Get enough speed, kite at 11/1 o'clock.
2.
Aggressively steer the kite back.
3.
Make an impulse on the bar to return the kite to 12.
4.
Pop off the water and take off.
5.
Release the back hand from the bar and take the grab. Bend the back leg leg and extend the front leg, grab the board.
6.
Hold it, take your back foot out and push it back down.
7.
When you start to come down put your foot back into the strap and let go off the board, move kite forward.
8.
On the landing bend your knees to absorb the impact, point nose of the board downwind.
