A rider turns the handlebars through 180° while keeping both hands on.
How do it
X-up, short for a cross-up, involves turning the handlebars of your bike 180 degrees with your hands crossed. It's a versatile trick that can be done anywhere and included in a lot of combinations. Doing x-up improves your control over the bike and helps with learning barspin later on.
1.
On the takeoff level the bike horizontally.
2.
Push the bar forward with you straight arms and straighten your legs.
3.
Relax your thumbs, keep your elbows straight and turn your handlebars 180 degrees and back.
