Riding on a vertical or very steep wall with both wheels.
How do it
The wallride is an awesome trick. What you do is ride a wall, like, literally :) In order to ride on a wall, you need to switch your orientation to a vertical surface. Start by doing it on inclined walls and gradually progress to vertical ones. A long wallride on an absolutely vertical wall is extremely challenging (you can thank gravity for that). But the faster you accelerate and the higher you jump, the longer your wallride can be.
1.
Find a small, inclined wall in a park, or place a sheet of plywood onto a fence, at say a 60 degree angle.
2.
Ride up to the wall at a 45 degree angle — this way you'll "stick'' onto the wall after you jump.
3.
Do a bunny hop onto the wall. While in the air, tilt your body and you bike in the direction opposite the wall. You need to be perpendicular to the wall's surface to gain enough friction to ride it. I recommend placing your front wheel higher up the wall than your rear wheel — this will increase the angle of your trajectory and extend the length of your wallride.
4.
Don't aim to ride for as long as you can — jump onto the wall, ride it for a bit, then do a bunny hop to the side. Now go looking for a more vertical wall or increase the angle of your plywood sheet. In time you'll be able to ride a totally vertical wall, as long as you can align yourself perpendicular to it's surface.
