A jump when you lift your rear wheel first, then lift the front wheel, and land on both wheels at one time.
How do it
A nollie is the opposite of a bunny hop. You lift your rear wheel first, then pull up the handlebars and lift the front wheel. Land on both wheels simultaneously.
1.
Get a bit of speed going.
2.
Shift your body weight forward, onto the fork, and lift the rear wheel to it's highest point.
3.
As soon as the rear wheel reaches it's peak, sharply shift your weight backward and jerk the handlebars towards you, i.e. upwards! Now you have yourself a nollie! Just like with the hop, the height of a nollie depends on the strength and speed of your handlebar motion.
