A one-footer when your turn the bars and push your foot behind the rear wheel while in the air.
How do it
The nac-nac is similar to the one foot can-can, but is performed behind the rear wheel.
1.
Jump out and draw your bike in.
2.
Place your front leg onto the rear wheel. Bend your back leg even more to keep the cranks from moving.
3.
Return your leg, slightly extend your arms and legs — and land.
