You turn with your side to the bike while in the air, your bike and body are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the ground.
How do it
Invert is an extended upside down table top.
1.
Turn you front foot over the crank, turn your body sidewise to the bike and pull the handlebars.
2.
Relax your legs and quickly force against the bike.
3.
Unravel yourself and land.
