A jump up from both wheels at one time.
How do it
A hop is when you jump up with both wheels simultaneously. You pull up the handlebars, bringing them up to your chest, and draw in your legs at the same time, nothing fancy :)
1.
Your goal is to jump up and lift both wheels simultaneously. Bend your arms and legs, lean in and jump up together with the bike, pulling it upwards with you (arms to your chest and legs to your body). The harder and quicker you execute this movement, the higher the hop.
